All investigators and process servers at K. Griff Investigations are fully licensed and certified to serve legal papers of all types including Citations, Subpoenas, TRO’s, Precepts, Notice of Hearing, Protection Orders, etc. throughout the State of Texas.  Additionally, all civil process servers are certified by the Texas Supreme Court.

The policy of K. Griff Investigations is to assign documents to our process servers immediately upon receipt.  We attempt at key times of the day or night and vary our attempts to insure prompt service for a strong affidavit of due diligence.
